Room spaciousness and city view impressed.
The mattress sagged in the middle. Breakfast options were limited to cold meats and bread despite arriving before the stated end time.

The location was great, just a short walk to famous churches. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with transportation. the breakfast had a variety of options, including local dishes, which we really enjoyed.
The hotel is in need of some maintenance, as the walls and tiles looked outdated. the hot water supply was not consistent at night.

Located in the heart of the old city, this hotel offers a chance to explore the Arabic culture and experience the local way of life. the staff is helpful and rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. the breakfast menu includes regional dishes such as hummus, labaneh, and omelettes made to order.
The hotel could benefit from some renovation as the walls and tiles are outdated and showing signs of wear.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable during my business trip. The breakfast was beyond my expectations with a variety of options including eggs, hummus, and labaneh. the staff members were friendly and helpful with transportation options. The hotel's location was convenient and within a 10-minute walk to the main churches and local attractions.
The hotel is in a less touristy location, which did not offer many opportunities for me to explore the city's main tourism sights. the hotel's mattresses were not as comfortable as I expected, which made it hard to have a good night's rest.
